Where is the event? Montgomery Park 2701 NW Vaughn Street, in the Atrium and Ballroom.
Where can I park? There is a free guest parking lot on the west side of Montgomery Park.
How do I get there on public transportation? You can take the #15 and #77 bus lines.
Where is check in? Registration is at the west entrance of the lobby. Check out our new van, sponsored by SELCO, in the parking lot!
What happens at check in? You will be asked for your email address and to swipe your credit card upon arrival. This allows for a much easier process at the end of the event. You will confirm your bid number and table assignment.
I see that the event is in the atrium and the ballroom. Can you explain that? Beverages, silent auction, wine wall, and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served upstairs in the Atrium. We will move downstairs to the Ballroom at 6:45pm for the live auction, speakers, more hors d'oeuvres, and cakes from Baker and Spice Bakery and Cakery.
How do I get downstairs? Escalators and stairs are available on the west side of the Atrium. Elevators are on the east side of the Atrium. We will have plenty of volunteers to help everyone get downstairs.
How do I know where to sit? Your table number and bid number will be printed on your name tag.
What kind of food will there be? We will have plenty of gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options at our food stations.
Where do I pick up my auction prizes and wine? The auction items and wine will be available to pick up downstairs at the end of the program, on your way out the door.
Do I need to check out? No! If you won an auction item, you will need to pick it up on your way out the door. Please swipe your credit card upon sign in. We will review all charges to your card the following day and send email receipts within 2 business days.
What do I wear? Dress casual for a summer party!
