Preston's Pantry

Pantry visitors may visit our shopping-style pantry twice a month and select from fresh produce, yogurt and dairy, dry and canned goods, meat, and eggs.
Recipients must be within eligible income guidelines, and live in our service area.
Proof of residency is required (rent receipt, utility bill, ID card, mail, etc.)
Visitors leave with about three grocery bags of food.
Please bring your own bags or box and be
prepared to transport the groceries.

Lift UP runs a food pantry affiliated with Oregon Food Bank and its network
of providers. Preston's Pantry is now open at our new location at First United Methodist Church! Address: 1838 SW Jefferson Street Portland, OR 97201 New Hours of operation: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm A random number lottery takes place 5 minutes before opening to determine your place in line. We are located at the Goose Hollow Tri-Met stop and can be reached by the Red and Blue Max lines, and 6, 24, 58 and 68 bus lines. Additionally, bus lines 51 and 63 are only a few blocks away.
