We're Hiring for a  Volunteer Manager

Lift UP relies on a robust community of volunteers to operate our core services. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for leading a comprehensive volunteer program, including recruitment, orientation, placement, support, training, and retention of community volunteers. The role’s primary duties and responsibilities include building organizational capacity through volunteer leadership; managing Lift UP volunteer processes and procedures; providing inclusive, meaningful, and impactful opportunities for service that advance our mission; and evolving the volunteer program to meet the changing needs of Lift UP and the community we serve.
